- 1 cup finely chopped steamed broccoli
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then finely chop it.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped broccoli, egg, oats, and optional flaxseed and turmeric.
- Mix thoroughly with clean hands until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Let the meatballs cool completely before serving or storing.
