- 3–4 medium carrots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and carrots. If using organic produce, peeling is optional.
- Slice the vegetables into thin, even strips about ¼ inch thick.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and arrange the slices in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through for even drying.
- Let the chews cool completely before serving to your dog.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

- A dehydrator can be used instead of an oven; set it to 135°F and dehydrate for 6–8 hours.
