- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and whole wheat flour.
- Stir in the applesauce, peanut butter, egg, and water until well combined. The dough should be firm but pliable.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes or form small balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
