Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, egg, cinnamon, ginger, and honey (if using). Mix until well blended.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Lightly flour a flat surface and roll the dough to ¼ inch thickness.

- Allow biscuits to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
