- 6 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups green beans, chopped
- 3 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups quinoa, uncooked

- 2 tbsp fish oil
- 2 tbsp calcium supplement powder
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let cool.
- Boil or steam sweet potatoes until soft, then mash.
- Steam green beans and broccoli until tender.
- Cook ground turkey or chicken in a large pan until fully done.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked meat, quinoa, vegetables, and pumpkin.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Add fish oil and calcium supplement, mixing evenly.
- Portion into containers for storage or serving.
