Instructions
- Finely grate the carrots and gather all ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, grated carrots, honey, ground flaxseed, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
- Gradually add oats while stirring. If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a moldable consistency.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape them into egg forms using your hands.
- Place the shaped treats on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
