- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, without xylitol)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed raspberries, banana, and peanut butter.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
