Instructions

- If desired, pulse the rolled oats in a food processor to create oat flour for a smoother texture.
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, applesauce, and honey until smooth.
- Gradually add the oats (or oat flour) to the mixture and stir until fully combined. The dough should be thick but workable.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or shape the dough into rounds by hand.
- Place the rounds on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
