Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add chicken breasts and cook for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and shred.
- Add chopped carrot and peas to the pot and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in pumpkin purée and shredded chicken. Let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Allow the soup to cool completely before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to use unsweetened pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Cool the soup thoroughly before serving to avoid burns.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
- This soup can be served as a standalone meal or as a topper for your dog’s regular food.
