- 2 ½ cups oat flour
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

- ¼ cup water or unsweetened applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a baking sheet or silicone molds.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin purée, egg, coconut oil, and water/applesauce until smooth.
- Gradually add oat flour, turmeric, flaxseed, and cinnamon, stirring until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into silicone molds or roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- Allow treats to cool completely before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- To make them grain-free, substitute oat flour with coconut or chickpea flour.
- A tiny pinch of black pepper enhances turmeric absorption.
- For a frozen variation, mix ingredients and freeze in molds instead of baking.
