Ingredients

Scale
  • Carrot sticks (cut into preferred size, about 3-4 inches)
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into stick-sized pieces, approximately 3-4 inches long.
  3. Take a portion of ground turkey, flatten it slightly, and wrap it around each carrot stick, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Roll the turkey-wrapped carrot sticks in a shallow dish filled with rolled oats to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the coated chews on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and oats are golden brown.
  7. Allow the chews to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Chews can be frozen for longer storage and thawed as needed.
